The attention to detail in this Harry Potter themed home is unbelievable. Every room has a Harry Potter theme including the inside movie theater, game room, and all bedrooms. The view of the large pond out of the back of the home is beautiful. The private pool and spa area is a perfect place to relax and to also have loads of fun. At night, you can watch movies or TV on the poolside theater. PLUS, the home is only a 5-minute walk to the Windsor At Westside clubhouse and water park. The large clubhouse has an exercise room, restaurant, bar, and arcade. The water park has a large zero entry pool, a kids splash pool, and a lazy river. There is also a volleyball court and tennis/pickle ball/basketball court. And, it's within 15-40 minutes from Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, great restaurants and shopping, and the Orlando International Airport.

Yes. Pool and spa heat can be added for $30/day + tax. The pool heater heats the pool to ~88 degrees and the spa to ~101 degrees. The spa will not heat up unless pool/spa heat is purchased.

A BBQ gas grill is kept at the home. There is a rental cost to use. Charcoal grills are not allowed.
3) Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence blocking the pool.
4) Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, etc. (Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided.)
